Karen turned what could've been a bad trip around. Kim was nice, but initially said she couldn't move us from the room with the broken door because there weren't any heated rooms. A couple of hours later we did switch to the room right next door, and the heat worked much better there.

I was in town for my Mom's funeral, and the friendly, helpful breakfast attendant and front desk receptionist made things easier. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and the Hotel was near everything we needed.

They upgraded our room because the pull-out bed wasn't ready to use, which I really appreciated. The customer service was amazing, the rooms were pretty clean, and the Mexican restaurant on site was fantastic.

After a long day on the road, this was a great place to rest. The room was clean, the thermostat was easy to adjust, and there weren't any noise problems. Breakfast from 7-10 was quiet and delicious. There are good spots around town for shopping and food too. I'd definitely come back.

Needed a room in a hurry and booking was easy, with availability right away. The continental breakfast was decent, and the whole stay went smoothly. Would recommend it again.
