Booking.com was going to charge me a cancellation fee, but after I explained what happened, they apologized and said my money would be returned. The reservation had been for two nights for my son while he waited to get his apartment. When we arrived, the owner was rude and demanded a cash deposit. We went to get cash, then were told we couldn't stay because my son looked crazy. He has anxiety and sometimes paces while waiting. The staff said hurtful things about him despite never having met him, then said they didn't allow third-party bookings and canceled the reservation. I've never been treated with that level of rudeness. I'm beyond upset.

It's quiet once you're on the hotel property. The front desk guy has done a great job every time my girlfriend and I have booked here. Definitely a good spot.

The staff really make you feel at home, and the customer service is great. The people who work here are amazing. The rooms are nice and very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the TVs have lots of channels. It's also in a great location and stays very quiet. A good place to get away for a night or two. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I was pleased with my stay and plan to come back. The family who own and run the place are really nice, and the service is great. The rooms are clean, and the hotel itself isn't bad at all. There's plenty of parking, no lot lizards, and a few restaurants within walking distance. It works well for a night or even a weekend getaway. I'd check it out if you need somewhere to stay.
