After a full day of shopping and sightseeing, relaxing with wine on the screened porch felt peaceful and refreshing. Breakfast was filling and great, and it was nice chatting with Van and the other guests. Van is personable, accommodating, and eager to make your stay pleasant. I'd definitely recommend the Queen Anne Guest house.

Mike's breakfast was VERY delicious, and we enjoyed talking with him and the other guest couple as we ate. He knows a lot about the local sights and stories, and showed us photos of the latest flooding, including how well the flood gates at the entrance to Main St worked. The beautiful house was decorated for the holidays, and everything was exceptionally clean and in working order. We had no complaints, and Mike was a very accommodating host. We highly recommend Queen Anne Guest House!

Van is a one-of-a-kind host, and seems to do it all: top chef, gardener, and clean-up man. His breakfast is as big as his spirit and sense of humor. The beautiful Victorian B&B is a short walk from main street Galena and near attractions including wineries, Eagle Ridge, and Chestnut Mountain. Go meet Van and see his lovely home!

Van was the best part of our stay. He's gracious and kind, and clearly takes pride in caring for his home. His breakfasts were amazing, and we felt so welcome. The house is beautiful, with old-world charm and a cozy feel throughout.

We passed through Galena on a quick trip, and Van made the stay fantastic. My wife and I were blown away by his breakfast, even though he says he's not a professional chef. The service was great, and we had a great conversation. If you're looking for somewhere to stay, this is the first place I'd recommend checking out.
