The front desk staff were kind, professional, and wonderful. They let me bring my pets, and the room was great, with a very clean and comfortable bed. Such a good experience, I'd recommend it 100%. Definitely pet friendly.

I stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites Galloway every week, and Mya and Leslie at the front desk always make it a great experience. They're friendly, professional, and consistently go out of their way to get everything right. The rest of the staff are welcoming and helpful as well, and housekeeping keeps the rooms fresh, neat, clean, and comfortable. I always feel safe and relaxed here. The location is handy for restaurants, stores, and major roads. Parking is easy, the property is well lit at night, the Wi-Fi works well, and the rooms have what I need. Management clearly cares about guests and keeps things running smoothly. Prices are reasonable for the value, and the quality and service stay consistent week after week. I highly recommend it, especially for Mya and Leslie's excellent front desk service.

I got to know Juan over morning coffee, and he was extremely helpful with the issues I had. He went above and beyond, and Maya and the night desk staff were accommodating and helpful too. Red Roof Inn is one of the very few pet-friendly hotels in the area, and that deserves recognition. We love our pets and were glad to be welcomed, especially since our house had no power and it was cold. The front desk staff were very nice. My one criticism is that the parking area could have been cleared of snow a little better.
