Rodeway Inn Gallup West

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and this is an excellent budget option. The rooms are old but clean. The sheets looked brand new, and the mattress had no stains or bedbugs. Breakfast could be better, but there's not much to complain about, and the pancake machine is cool. GPS made the hotel hard to find. Hopefully they can get the tech side sorted out.

GPS sends you to the wrong spot, on the east side of town, though the hotel is on rt.66 on the WEST side. The hotel has tried to fix the directions, so it's not their fault. The room was clean but nothing fancy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was really gross, and I'm never staying there again. The curtains were stained and full of holes, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and my blanket had holes too. The towels were meant to be white but looked dingy brown and stained. I almost didn't sleep there, but it was late and I'd already driven there and paid. Breakfast the next morning was poor: no fruit, very little to choose from, stale muffins, and coffee that tasted like crap. The room was dirty.

It's convenient to I-40, but the older surrounding area makes food and other businesses less convenient. The hotel itself is old, and breakfast was almost nonexistent. There were very few amenities, even for the somewhat lower price.
