The listing made the room look much better than it was, and paying over $500 left me very disappointed. There was mold in the bathroom, a cracked and broken shower shelf, a broken second door lock, and little bugs flying around even though the window was closed at check-in. The main light wouldn't stay on, though the lamps worked. We forgot my child's blanket and had already left the area, more than four hours away. The hotel refused to ship it back. I might not have written a review if the customer service had been better.

This is my favorite place to stay for Disneyland. It's clean, affordable, and the rooms are spacious. The people are great, and everything works. It's a little farther out, though not by much, so I'd recommend it for people renting a car.

The bed was the only thing in our room that looked and felt clean. I didn't ask for another room because after I checked reviews, I saw that people had been reporting the same problems for months with no fixes. I didn't want to pack up and move to another dirty room. There was dirt on the floors, streaks and chipped paint on the walls, filthy baseboards, and a shower rod that looked like it had never been wiped. Random hairs of a different color and length from ours were all over. I know it's cheap, but this motel is embarrassing. The one saving grace was being close to the convention center, which saved us a lot on Uber.

The location was very convenient and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed. But the A/C took several hours to bring the room down to 70°F. The front desk clerk was also unfriendly, without even a smile at either check-in or checkout.
