Good value and a good breakfast. Melody S. at the front desk was friendly and professional. We couldn't figure out how to switch off the headboard lights, and she showed us. Thanks!

We stayed four nights and housekeeping never came to clean the room. We complained to the front desk several times and were repeatedly told someone would come the next day, but nobody did. The toilet clogged and no one came to fix it, so eventually I had to get a plunger from the desk and clear it myself. On the second night they offered us a different room, then the desk employee discovered that neither of the two available rooms had been cleaned. We had to remain in our original room. No fresh towels were brought up either, so we had to collect them from the desk. I’ll be asking for a partial refund.

The rates were affordable, the beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was good. Everyone at the front desk was great. Melody gave us such a warm welcome and went above and beyond. Thank you!

The room was small, and although we were told it had been upgraded to a king, the bed seemed very small for that size. It wasn’t clean, and neither was the elevator. That old, creaky elevator had exposed wiring and felt like it might break if you stepped inside. The bed itself also hadn’t been cleaned. Finding the button to turn off the bed frame was a hassle. There was no plastic screen around the tub, so water got onto the floor. The curtains only pulled back a little and couldn’t be moved forward, and the poorly sealed window made a faint, ghostly howling sound when we entered. Outside, the hotel looked out of place next to the neighboring hotel. There were a few broken cars nearby and a flickering light outside that doesn’t seem to have been fixed in years. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
