I slept really comfortably in the bed. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and there was a shower curtain, but it wasn’t too bad.

I have a one-year-old, and there was no hot water. I complained, but instead of fixing the problem they’re trying to charge my card extra. The front desk lady was rude and called me names when all I asked for was sheets. I have the receipts to prove it. This isn’t worth $500 a week. If I could give negative stars, I would!

The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the hot water only got past lukewarm. I agree with all the bad comments.

Our room’s WiFi didn’t work, and the air conditioner barely did either. The toilet wasn’t secured properly to the floor and had a broken handle, so I had to jiggle it to keep it from running. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled like smoke. The wall between the bed and the sliding glass door, which was permanently closed, was sinking.
