For the price, it was decent, and we only needed the room for one tournament night. Still, there were no towels and the soap dispensers were empty. We called down, but nobody brought anything up. The TVs kept losing their signal and had to be reset repeatedly, so the room itself wasn't a great experience. I know the place had only been bought a few months earlier or so.

There was blood and semen on the beds, and my kids found a syringe between their sheets. When I called the front desk, the woman hung up. I went down to speak with her, and she and the owner were laughing about my call. They wouldn't refund us. I also saw what looked like human trafficking there, and they laughed when I reported it. The front desk woman was snotty, and the owner was even worse, with his thick accent. Absolutely horrible place.

We were already having trouble getting into the room when the key stopped working. I went back and forth to the front desk from the third floor several times, then the manager came up and tried to reset it. It took half an hour before we finally got inside. Earlier, we'd been told the only thing they could do was have us move hotels. I was told to come downstairs at 10 p.m. to pick up clean sheets and change the beds myself, including the pullout couch. Every bed had been made with dirty, slept-in sheets, with hair, food, and stains on them. We needed to be up early for soccer games, so we were disgusted and just wanted the sheets off. We didn't take photos of them. The maid had cleaned the room before we arrived, which makes it worse. There were other problems as soon as we walked into the family suite. The carpet had several large stains, so I told the desk about them in case hotels charge for incidentals. Later my son noticed a shower hook was barely attached and looked ready to tear out of the wall. I reported that too, so we wouldn't be charged for damage we hadn't caused. The manager was supposed to be back the next morning. When I spoke with her and asked for some compensation, she said there wasn't anything they could do. The hotel was sold out for the soccer tournament weekend, and the owner wouldn't offer even a partial refund. I think a partial refund was warranted. I wish the customer service had been better, because I'd rather not have to leave a negative review. A partial refund for a night or two would have been less damaging to the business, but they refused, and this was outrageous. I'm not normally someone who writes bad reviews. I'll never stay here again, and I'll tell people I know to avoid it. This isn't good business, and they won't get mine again.

The hotel recently changed its name from Hampton Inn. The room fit six people, but the carpet was dated and there was hair all over the floor. No shampoo, no bathroom fan, and the AC was clogged and barely worked. The pool was 3.11 deep. Breakfast was basic, with no omelette, sausages, or waffle syrup.
