Residence Inn Philadelphia Glen Mills/Concordville

Breakfast has fresh, hot food and a nice range of options, some of the best we've had. We've stayed here several times while visiting family, and it's consistently clean and welcoming. Of all the Marriotts I've stayed at, this is one of the best managed in my opinion. We'd recommend it and will keep coming back.

Management followed up later and addressed my concerns, which improved my impression. I hope that kind of response becomes standard for every guest. This was my last of about five work stays over the past few months, and it fell short of what is usually a good hotel. Room 137, which I believe is an accessible room, still had the previous guest's dishes in the dishwasher when I arrived. Not a great welcome, having to finish someone else's cleanup. Housekeeping comes every three days, but did very little. For a seven night stay, I was apparently only given two dishwasher detergent pods. After housekeeping had been in, I found a grasshopper in the kitchen and asked a kind front desk attendant to get it out. There were too many disappointing things this time. I had just earned Marriott status, and still had four more days to see what else might happen. I changed my rating after management resolved things.

Our suite was cozy and warm, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were professional and helpful. We checked in January 30 and left February 1. Full breakfast was included. Super stay!

The suite showers were pretty strange, the one downside for us. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredible. Around 30 of us were staying for a wedding, and we hung out in the lobby watching baseball until 2 a.m. The staff were so kind about letting us enjoy ourselves.
