Residence Inn Glenwood Springs

The free breakfast, 24-hour gym, and pool were some of the perks that made my birthday-week stay feel special. The staff at Residence Inn by Marriott in Glenwood Springs were wonderful and took care of everything I needed. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and had the best trip. Thank you, Marriott Bonvoy! 🥰

Dianna at the front desk was warm, professional, and went out of her way to help us. Kevin also handled a reservation issue without hesitation or hassle, even though it was our mistake. The staff's attitude and willingness to act really made the stay. Our rooms at The Residence Inn Glenwood Springs were clean, had everything we'd requested, and were great. We enjoyed the location and breakfast too. Highly recommend this place for the service.

The breakfast was the weak spot. The bagel toaster seemed nearly broken, and on Sunday they ran out of meat or something, so the trays were piled with scrambled eggs instead. Pretty disappointing. Still, between the two Marriotts across from each other, I'd choose this one. Don't stay at the Courtyard, it's gross. The rooms here are a little dated but clean enough, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. Having a full kitchen made it easy to keep leftovers, and Target is just down the street for snacks and drinks. With the right deal, it's a decent stay that won't cost too much.

Tessa, the manager, and the rest of the staff were so kind. Our original hotel had no water on my son's birthday, but the residence Inn of the Marriott rescued the day. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice for the kids, and they allow service animals. Breakfast was exceptional, especially thanks to the main man in the breakfast area. My daughter has a food allergy, and he helped put together something just for her. I'd stay here again.
