Rio Grande B&B LLC

We parked the car and walked everywhere from the house, which was in a great location. Iron Mountain Hot Springs is also walkable, about 15 minutes from the B&B. We stayed two nights with Ryan at Floradora House in Glenwood Springs Co, and communication with him was excellent. Don’t miss the delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning. We saw Ryan every morning too, and he shared ideas and tips about town. Highly recommend the B&B. Thanks, Ryan, for a lovely two-night stop on our way to Moab.

Loved the breakfast and the location was perfect. There wasn’t a full gourmet breakfast on Saturday, which was disappointing, but Sunday more than made up for it. This would be my first-choice BNB in Glenwood, highly recommended.

The quiet residential neighborhood was just what we wanted, and Sunday breakfast before checkout was a treat. My husband and I booked this B&B for a weekend getaway, and it made the whole trip feel special. We’d hoped for hot springs, but lots of hotels were either full, too pricey, or farther away. This place was in our budget, close to everything, and worth every penny. Our second-floor Colorado Suite had a wonderful bed and cozy feel to come back to after soaking. There’s a coffee shop around the corner and downtown is just a few blocks away, so you can walk around when the weather’s nice. Truly a magical B&B!

The location couldn’t be better. I expected a more traditional B&B atmosphere, though, and it felt a bit self-service, almost like an Airbnb. The window AC is noisy but does a good job cooling the upper rooms. Breakfast doesn’t start until 9, so with our Hanging Lake permit for 9, we had to take a yogurt and muffin to go. That was a bit of a bummer.
