Courtyard Nashville Goodlettsville

The lobby looked modern and updated, and the pool area was nice. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the hotel staff were very good.

The location made things easy, right off the highway with gas, Starbucks, and plenty of places to eat nearby. I'd stay again. There was lots of room in the huge lobby to sit, work, or have coffee, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The gym had enough equipment, but its morning sun shade was broken, so it got quite warm. A fan in the corner would be enough to help. Also, the floors are thin. If you're a light sleeper, ask for the top floor, since you can hear people walking around above you.

The bathrooms were dirty, with hair all over the floor, and it made me worry about what might be hidden in the carpeted rooms. We also went without hot water on three of our four mornings this September. There was no apology or refund. The woman working the morning coffee station seemed annoyed when we ordered, as though we were keeping her from her phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm shocked it's a Marriott property.

We were very disappointed overall. The room phone didn't work, and when we called the front desk for help, he was too busy to do anything. We also had to go down to the desk ourselves to get extra towels for the same reason. The place wasn't among the cleanest Courtyards, either.
