Heather at the desk was all over the place, checking the floors and making sure the pool and workout room were clean and stocked with towels. There was never a line, and she handled each new arrival quickly with a smile. The staff were awesome, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The place looks brand new and everything feels modern. The room lights were warm and inviting. The beds were a little stiff, but still comfortable. I’d gladly come back again and again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were here for a hockey tournament, and Heather made the stay for our whole group. She had a great attitude, checked me in quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. If I’m back in Grand Rapids, I’d choose this hotel just because of her. Thank you, Heather!

We paid a very reasonable price, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a nice hotel for the money, and I’d stay again when I return to Grand Rapids. The facility was clean, the rooms and furnishings were new, and there’s a nice pool plus a small fitness center with the basics. Dogs are welcome for a reasonable $25 daily surcharge. There were a few things I’d have preferred were different. The bed wasn’t great and breakfast was basic. The oddest issue was the suite TV: it faced the couch, so you couldn’t watch it from bed. For an extra $10, they could have put it on an extending, swiveling mount, but it was fixed flat against the wall.

The staff were so accommodating and welcoming to our group. The rooms were wonderful, and the lobby and gathering areas worked perfectly for us. The whole place seems totally brand new. I’d love to come back.

The manager at the front desk gave us great service, and I really appreciated it. My husband, our two-year-old, and I found the beds very comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast good quality. This is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and I’d highly recommend this location.
