Steven made check-in and check-out incredibly easy, and was a wonderful host when he met us on arrival. We stayed in the Retreat, a two-bedroom suite on the third floor, for one night while in town for a concert with my two daughters. The suite had a sitting room where my daughter and husband played several games of checkers, a big bathroom, and a separate kitchen. Everything felt clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the stay. Restaurants, a bakery, and coffee shops are within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again. Thanks, Steven, for making it so seamless.

Breakfast was nicely served in the dining room, where we got to meet some of the other guests. We also enjoyed the front porch and the comfortable first-floor TV room, where we watched our team win a playoff game. The Parsonage Inn is a beautiful, well-kept historic home in Grand Rapids’ Heritage Hill area, full of antiques. Our Wedding Room was lovely, with a king bed, spacious private bath, and seating. There was also a small shared sitting area just outside the room with a handy shared refrigerator. Everything was clean and comfortable. We’ll come back when we’re in Grand Rapids.

We’ve stayed at the Parsonage Inn several times over the past five years, and it’s where we always stay when we visit Grand Rapids. The rooms are roomy and the house is quiet, clean, and beautiful, with historic character. We’ve enjoyed every visit and will be back. They make a delicious homemade breakfast each morning.

We found our new go-to place to stay in Grand Rapids. The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and breakfast, freshly made by Steven, was delicious. It’s a beautiful, well-kept historic home in Heritage Hills, a great neighborhood to explore and close to everything. Thanks, Deb & Steven, for a wonderful stay.

The cookies and muffins were delicious, and Steve and Deb were helpful and accommodating hosts. I visited in February, and the Inn was warm and comfortable. My room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a recently renovated shower that had good hot water. The Parsonage is in the character-filled Historic District, close to downtown. It’s a great place to stay in Gran Rapids. Definitely stay here.
