Everything went as expected, and the price was great. My husband and I had a really good experience parking here. Deep, our shuttle driver, was friendly and professional, and the clean, comfortable Suburban was top-tier. We'll definitely park here again.

Harry at the front desk noticed how tired I was when I arrived and got me checked in quickly. He also helped me get a very affordable room rate. The whole front desk team was professional and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean, nice, and comfortable. A truly impressive stay, well worth a top rating.

The noise was the worst part. I woke up several times during the night, and with the place so busy and loud, it doesn't seem like a good choice for a suburban family stay. The room was just okay, though the service was good and the lady at check-in was really nice. Breakfast was a typical continental spread.

The front desk staff handled things well when I reported that our first room was dirty. They moved me right away. The rooms need a better cleaning routine, though; getting a dirty room to start with was disappointing.

We booked this hotel eight months ago, and apparently it caught fire without anyone bothering to tell us. Now they're saying they won't refund me because I chose a non-refundable room. I'm pretty sure that applies when a guest doesn't show up, not when the hotel burns down.
