It’s an old motel, but my room was clean and I had no complaints during my one-night stay. I parked right outside my room and didn’t hear any trouble all night. The guy at the front desk was really nice. I’ve stayed at higher-rated hotels in Great Falls that turned into nightmares, but this wasn’t one of them.

The room reeked of old smoke. I booked through Expedia and would’ve switched hotels if getting a refund hadn’t been so difficult. Expedia’s app is way too complicated, with constant pop-ups I didn’t ask for.

I spent eight days here and didn’t have a single complaint. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the Great Falls Mall, next door to a restaurant and casino. Service was excellent, from the front desk clerk to the maids. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and quiet.

I’ve lived here for almost a year. It’s a quiet place, and they leave you alone as long as you follow the rules and treat people with respect. They go beyond that, and I don’t have anything bad to say. They do what they have to, and I appreciate it. That’s all.
