Arlo was very sweet, and the staff made this a pleasant stay. Underground parking was a real plus as a woman traveling alone. The area had a few sketchy characters, but felt relatively safe. The room itself was a bit dirty, with a poorly cleaned floor, so I definitely didn’t walk barefoot. There was no shower curtain or hand soap; I got soap since I wasn’t in the hotel much anyway. Housekeeping never came during my stay, and I’m not sure if you have to request it.

We spent 10 days here over the past 2 weeks while hunting in the Great Falls area. Breakfast was the best part: fresh food, lots of variety, and everything laid out for easy access. The room was spotless, too. DELMARCO MATON, who oversees breakfast, is AWESOME and represents Super 8 Great Falls so well. There was definitely something for everyone.

For a good deal, this place will do. It’s in a great downtown Great Falls location, check-in was efficient, and the rooms were reasonably clean. Parking is complementary. They seem to be putting some effort into the continental breakfast, though I’m still not sure about the conveyor that makes pancakes at the push of a button.

The room was quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the location was excellent. Staff were friendly, knew their stuff, and kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. There was a lot to choose from: waffles, hot oatmeal, cold cereal, two kinds of eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, milk, fruit cups, fresh apples, assorted juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and assorted creamers. One of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had.

The rooms were bigger than I expected, and parking was plentiful even though it’s downtown. The front staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was called continental, but they had eggs, sausages, and pancakes, which was a nice surprise. The coffee was great too.
