MainStay Suites Greensboro

The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with good amenities. I haven't noticed cigarette or weed smells or loud noise here. The whole staff has been available, kind, and on top of things. Denise at the front desk is awesome, and Bailey the GM makes sure you're satisfied with your room. They'll do what you need with a smile. I work in customer service, so I give credit when it's due. For a nice room, a good rate, and great service, this is the place.

Mr. Bailey, Miss Denise at the front desk, Viveon at the front desk, and all the housekeepers made us feel at home. The team is amazing. The hotel is spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient, and I had a peaceful, safe, enjoyable stay. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but this one really stands apart. I wouldn't want it any other way. Thank you to everyone involved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it over other suites in the TRIAD!

I've chatted with Denise a few times, and she's always pleasant and personable. When something comes up, she listens and keeps communication open. She's new, but has taken on several challenges with a smile and grace. Mainstay Suites needs to keep her there.

The rooms weren't clean: there were crumbs in the pullout mattress, a dirty sock left by previous guests, several stains, a ripped sofa, and hair in the bathroom. At $110 a night, it just isn't worth it. The hotel also claims to be non-smoking but doesn't enforce it, so expect to smell all kinds of smoke in the halls. And someone kept propping open the side door, probably because it wouldn't open from outside even with a valid key card. One more thing, Booking.com says breakfast is included, but it isn't. A staff member told me they haven't served breakfast for four years.
