There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby, but I’d personally choose another hotel next time. The late-night front office worker was great, though that was about the only positive. A party in one room took five calls before anyone handled it. Then at 9:30 in the morning, the morning crew banged on our door and wouldn’t leave until we got up and opened it. We were just trying to sleep after a long day of driving.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room smelled terrible, and the carpet was dirty. There was hair all over the towels too. If you decide to stay anyway, bring your own towels and some air freshener.

My second-floor room had bedbugs, unfortunately. The staff were kind and told me they were probably ladybugs, but bedbug bites appeared on my arm throughout the next day.

My son, grandson, and I spent three nights here on a hunting trip. There was plenty of parking, and the office staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean, and the maid kept us supplied with clean towels and bath mats.

Customer service was poor. Our toilet didn’t work, and nobody ever came to the room to fix it. At check-in we signed a form about a pending $100 charge for damages, but they wouldn’t give us a copy for our records. I’d give less than one star for the service if I could.
