Best Western Plus Suites-Greenville

The breakfast team was friendly, and service seemed better on the night shift than during the day. We had a three-day stay, but our key cards stopped working each day, which got annoying. The pet-friendly rooms being close to the door was handy. Still, it felt more like a motel, with very thin walls, and I’d put the stay around 2.5-3 stars, not four. I’ll stick with Hilton brands.

Breakfast had a decent range, though it closes at 9:00, which could be early for people on vacation. The attendant working today (1/15/26) kept moving and made sure everything stayed spotless and full. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. As a Best Western platinum member, I often choose Best Western Plus for a good-value stay, and this one worked well. It’s on Greenville’s eastern edge, with easy access to 10th street (ECU) and Greenville Blvd.

I was in Greenville to play a concert and needed an affordable, decent room. This place was one of the area’s better-rated options, and I’m glad I chose it. It looked recently renovated and was very clean. The mattress felt a bit low quality, and the shades left a gap at the bottom, so light came in whenever the air kicked on. For about $130, though, I’m fine with that. I’ve paid more for much worse hotels, and this will be my regular spot when we play in Greenville.

We found a room here at 1AM after landing in what felt like Greenville’s worst room somewhere else. Grace at the desk was awesome, even at that ridiculous hour. The bed was GREAT, and the pillows felt like giant clouds. The room smelled of vanilla and cherubs. We were here on graduation weekend, so I hope you find this place sooner than we did. I’ve got plenty of bad Greenville lodging stories, but this isn’t one of them. If we visit again, we’ll stay here. Breakfast was clean, stocked, and about what you’d expect from a hotel.
