Shelly at the front desk welcomed me warmly when I arrived late without a reservation, and even suggested nearby places to eat late. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable after a long travel day. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best I’ve had at a Hampton Inn, with fresh food, plenty of choices, and everything well organized. Great service and a comfortable stay. I’d happily come back to Hampton Inn Greenville/I-385 Haywood Mall.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are lovely. Schae was wonderful serving breakfast, friendly and attentive, and made sure we had what we needed. She got our morning off to a great start.

The new equipment in the fitness center is a nice bonus. I’ve been in the Greenville, SC area a lot lately for work, and this Hampton Inn has felt like home for many nights. The rooms are clean and the staff are responsive and engaging. Renae, who works evenings, is an absolute angel.

The rooms are clean, nicely laid out, and have good hot water and shower pressure. Everyone on staff was friendly. My small complaints: no complimentary water for a Diamond member, and the pillows are horrible at almost all Hilton locations anymore.

After a few months of work travel, I think I’ve become a Hampton Inn regular. The rooms are clean and there’s a fridge, and checking in is almost too easy. I barely get through the door before I have a key. Breakfast is included, and free is a price I can always appreciate.
