When I got home from the Westin last week, I realized I’d left my favorite pillow in the room. I called the front desk and was lucky to get Jay, who went out of her way to track it down. She even sent me photos of all the pillows in lost and found, and we laughed the whole time. She found mine! We had a wonderful time at the beautiful hotel, and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Thanks, Jay, I really appreciate your effort. You’re amazing!

Sarah Baker and the Westin will always be special to us. We dreamed of having our wedding reception there, and all our guests were able to stay at the Westin and walk upstairs to bed when they were ready. It’s also perfectly located for downtown spots. From the day we met her through our wedding day, Sarah was extraordinary: she replied promptly, worked with our requests, and came up with suggestions whenever something wasn’t possible.

The musicians made the event feel personal by telling a story about each set, and with the candlelight in the room, the atmosphere was beyond spectacular. I could close my eyes and feel the music. Thanks for making Valentine’s Day special. I can’t wait to come back for the next occasion, and I’d pay double what I paid. It really was that good!

Jay, her front desk team, the valets, and the Spoonbread staff are consistently perfect. We visit Greenville often and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s a 5 star experience every time, perfect as usual!

The restaurant and bar had very reasonable prices, and the hotel is in a safe location near lots of restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and I loved all the Christmas decor over the holiday season. The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms were really clean and felt fresh, with crisp sheets and a comfortable bed.
