The breakfast team were a joy to meet, keeping the area clean and stocked throughout the advertised hours, and their cheerful manner got the day off to a happy start. Everyone I met was polite, professional, and helpful. I had a restful four-night stay while attending the NCAA Basketball Tournament at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The hotel is about 5-miles from the arena, an easy and inexpensive Lyft/Uber ride away. Booking through the Holiday Inn App made check-in quick. My room was clean and well cared for, with a well-made, comfortable bed. It’s far enough from Woodruff Road that traffic noise wasn’t an issue. Free parking was plentiful, and the WiFi was strong and dependable throughout. The hotel was undergoing major renovations, but they didn’t cause any problems or disruption during my visit. Excellent hotel and staff. I won’t hesitate to return to the Greenville area.

Restaurants and shops are plentiful nearby, and the desk clerk was friendly and upgraded our room. The kitchen staff member was also very nice and helpful. Remodeling was underway but didn’t interfere with our stay. My only complaint is the loud AC unit. It isn’t central air, and the noise disrupted my sleep, though I think most motels use that same system.

We had an amazing time at my daughter’s 11th birthday sleepover with five girls. The rooms were clean, and staff were friendly from the moment I arrived. The gentleman checking us in greeted me and let us check in a little early. The girls loved the pool, including a late-night swim. At breakfast, two wonderful ladies remembered we were celebrating her birthday and gave her a card and some gifts. I promise this will be a great experience!

Everyone on staff we met was pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had lots of variety. I’d recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone passing through Greenville.

The staff seemed more caught up in their private conversations than in helping guests, and felt inattentive. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable :) We had to leave before breakfast was offered, so I can’t say how it was. It doesn’t start early enough for anyone expecting an early breakfast, just so you know.
