The front desk was nice and said they’d send pest control to spray my room and maintenance to fix the toilet and replace the seat. I also got a refund for the four nights I didn’t stay, but I won’t return. I booked for a week and left after three nights. The room was disgusting. There were roaches, the floor was filthy, and the toilet leaked whenever flushed. The seat didn’t fit, and every blanket and towel was stained and looked nasty. Though I was told it was non-smoking, the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I even had to wipe someone else’s blood off the nightstand. Housekeeping never touched my room.

The management is kind and professional, and the hotel is centrally located with affordable, newly updated rooms. If my grandmother were visiting and needed a place to stay, this is where I’d recommend.

We came from Denver N.C. to see the football game and had no other hotel choices. Never again. The rooms were filthy: stained sheets, bathroom mirrors that hadn’t been wiped, floors that hadn’t been mopped, and a gross tub. I didn’t dare shower there.

There were roaches in the room, the tub was rusty, and the sheets weren’t clean. Staff were horrible. After we entered the room, the front desk attendant took the key from our hand and stuck his head inside, supposedly just to look around. It was creepy.
