The lobby and room photos are accurate. Once inside, it was very nice and clean, and a pleasant place to stay. We nearly turned around at the entrance, though, so don’t be afraid to go in. The room and bathroom were small, but the bed was adequate. With so many beautiful mountains and a nice town to see, I only needed a place to sleep. The price was okay, though it was too much for a holiday.
Sabrina the manager and Chris the assistant manager set a great example with their work ethic. I’ll be back in June. Too bad they don’t live in Florida, because I’d hire every one of them without hesitation. Good employees are hard to find these days, trust me, I know! The whole team works in tandem and takes pride in their work, from management and the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Five stars for friendliness, housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality. Great job, and thank you again. Greg
A man has been working there for the two nights my husband and I have stayed, and he’s been absolutely lovely to talk to. His customer service is out of this world. When the lobby printer wasn’t working, he let me use the office one, which definitely saved me for my midterm.
The room was clean, the price was fair, and the staff were friendly. It’s another great budget-friendly hotel. Interesting that it’s in the same building as a little convenience store.
I’ve traveled all over the United States and parts of Canada, and this hotel is by far the best for customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I also have clients who stay here, and they’ve all said they had an excellent experience. Riley, Sabrina, and Aida always greet you with a smile, and they’re consistently kind and courteous. They go above and beyond for their guests.
