The owners and staff were wonderful during our overnight stay while I was presenting at the pavilion. We stayed in the Marie Antoinette Room, decorated beautifully with art and elegance. It has a walkout balcony overlooking the fountain and a deep jacuzzi bathtub for two. I also enjoyed taking a quiet break in the cozy library. Breakfast by the fireplace was lovely, with perfect food in just the right portion, plus a little warm, crisp croissant and orange marmalade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sandra and David Bradley and the staff treated us with real kindness and professionalism during our stay at the historic Michabelle Inn. The peaceful, charming place made it feel like we’d stepped into a simpler time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing visit. I’m grateful for their hospitality and hope they keep all the qualities that make the inn special. We’d love to return and will happily recommend it. Thank you, and may you be richly blessed.

The house is beautiful, and staying here feels like a special experience, not just a place to sleep. My husband and I arrived tired and worn out, and found the peace we needed in this unique Cajun getaway. We were welcomed and shown around, and enjoyed the breakfast, conversation, laughter and joy. We came back, and it was just as peaceful and beautiful. Five stars all day, a rare gem. We’ll be back!

We’ve been to the Michabelle Inn several times and have never had anything but a wonderful stay. It’s easily one of our favorite places in Louisiana, with lovely grounds, Southern charm and a peaceful historic feel. Rooms have always been spotless, cozy and tastefully decorated, balancing comfort with character. There are shops, bars and restaurants close by, just a short drive or walk away. On this trip we had dinner at The Steakhouse in Hammond, owned and run by Chef Blake Kinchen. The food was spectacular, every dish cooked just right, and Chef Kinchen clearly loves his work. Service was top-notch. Afterward we went to Benny’s for karaoke, drinks, music and plenty of laughs. We’ll definitely return soon.

We stayed in the Scheherazade suite while in town for a Special Needs and Disabilities event during a Dash Gordon Foundation business trip. The suite was stunning, romantic and full of charm, a comfortable retreat after our busy days. The owners were warm, attentive and phenomenal, taking care of our needs and making us feel at home. Breakfast was amazing each morning, thoughtfully prepared and delicious. With the meaningful event, lovely setting and gracious hospitality, the trip was productive and deeply memorable. My wife and I are very grateful to the Michabelle Inn for the experience.
