I’ll give them a chance to change how things have been, so I’ll share another review next week. For now, there’s no hot water, no stove, loud noise, and no care for reliable customers. I’ll leave it there for the moment, then give a truthful response with my next podcast next week.

We checked out the next morning. We’d booked through booking.com for a weekend after our other plans fell through at the last minute, but the stay was awful. The room looked recently remodeled, yet it felt damp and smelled stale when we walked in. Sheets and towels were stained, and the bed frame was broken, so we kept rolling toward the middle when trying to sleep. Dust was everywhere, as the pictures show, and unfortunately the place has a bed bug infestation. At checkout, the receptionist said the room had been treated. The employee at reception also said the manager would contact booking.com about a refund, but customer service for the site told us they never did. The owner doesn’t seem to understand that bed bugs need to be exterminated in a hotel or motel by throwing out the mattress entirely, not treating it. Cleaning is bare minimum. This motel seems known around the area for all the wrong reasons. Avoid it at all costs if you value your health.

I’ve stayed here for a couple of days while waiting for my new place, and it’s been awesome. I live in the area, and this hotel room is way better than other hotels over on the Mercury side. It’s clean, really nice, and well put together, so there’s none of that stuff to worry about. The rates are excellent, and the front desk staff are always awesome. They’re great about making sure you’re welcome, Ben. Of course. F add a thing. Five stars all the way around.

I’ve been coming here on and off for 2 years and have always been treated really nicely. The staff are kind, make sure your wants and needs are met, and have always helped me out and barad qith me. I highly recommend the place, and give this hotel 5 stars.
