The Valley Suites Extended Stay Hotel

I live over an hour away from Augusta, so I’ve stayed at Valley Extended Suites while getting cancer and radiation treatments there. This has been a very hard journey, but the people here have been so kind and supportive. From the first day, the office staff treated me with such concern and warmth, like old friends. Each time I arrived, I’d laugh and say, “I’m home.” The rooms feel like little apartments, neat, clean, and organized, and I’m especially grateful to the cleaning staff. Because I have trouble with stairs, they gave me a room at the back with a small ramp. Whenever I needed help, someone was there right away. I’ve made many friends at Valley Extended Suites. Thank you all for making me feel at home through this journey. I’ll tell anyone needing a place to stay in Augusta to come here, and I can even show them pictures of the nice rooms. Thanks again for everything!

The owner is kind and informative, and whenever we’ve had an issue, she’s resolved it ASAP. The place is set back in a quiet, secure area, and I don’t worry about my children’s safety or my own. The tenants are quiet, respectful, and clean. Our studio is spacious and works for a long stay or just a few nights. It has a full bath, microwave, full-size fridge, oven, dining area, living space, and bedroom area. The beds are comfortable and clean, and weekly housekeeping includes fresh linens and towels. My husband and I travel a lot, and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed, especially for the price. Restaurants, shopping centers, and gas stations are all within walking distance. Wonderful place!

My son needed somewhere quiet for a four-week Organic Chemistry class, and this turned out to be a great find. The unit was pretty clean, with a big bed, its own temperature control, Wi-Fi, TV, cable, fridge, microwave, stove, full bath, desk, dining table, and even a sleeper sofa. The kitchen also had pots, silverware, cups, and dishes. The key card reader at the door was convenient, and there’s lots of shopping nearby. Parking wasn’t really an issue. There’s a washer and dryer in another area, and complimentary linen washing is available if you leave the used linens in the provided bag by the door for pickup. It cost us about $340 a week or $150 for a weekend. We recommend this place!

My husband and son stayed here for a baseball trip and were really impressed by the rooms. The customer service was great, too.
