Jillene, Joyce, and Jenny handled a concern we raised right away, and the office staff clearly care about keeping customers satisfied. The resort was clean, quiet, and well looked after, with really good service.

Our site was nice and level, and the park itself is well maintained with plenty of other good amenities. But the internet they advertise is basically limited to the office and pool area for business use, plus two laundry rooms where you can charge devices. There’s no internet in the rest of the park. Staff don’t work weekends, so if you arrive then, you’re on your own. They leave paperwork by the office door, and since the roads have no names, you have to find your spot by its site number. The laundry rooms are at opposite ends of the park, each with just three washers and three dryers for around 400 sites. We waited a long time to wash two loads on a Tuesday afternoon.

It’s way too expensive for a place where you can’t get any peace. They say they’re family and pet friendly, but that wasn’t our experience. Most of the staff were rude, even belligerent, and they didn’t keep their word or make us feel welcome. If you can avoid staying here, go somewhere else.

The area was peaceful whenever we were on the property, and there’s a lot to do nearby, both on the water and off it, especially during manatee season. We rented a tiny home. It was nice and came with the usual essentials.
