The location is convenient, and the food was decent. But both times we stayed over the past few months, the hot water was barely lukewarm unless we showered very early or late. I work from the hotel a lot, and the office chair was broken or felt like sitting on a rock. On our first stay, my request to replace it was ignored. This time, March 5-8, 2026, the service was great and they brought a new chair, but its hydraulics failed and it sank as soon as I sat down. The living room couch was uncomfortable too, and the suite layout felt awkward.

I was quite happy with the stay overall and would come back if they fix one thing: the pillow smelled really strong. Everything else at the hotel was very nice.

There’s plenty to do nearby, and the hotel is in a good spot. Our room was comfortable and clean, breakfast had lots of good choices, and everyone we met on staff was helpful and greeted us with a smile.

Bridgit really helped us through a stressful situation. Our vehicle had broken down, so we spent four nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoover, Alabama while it was being repaired. That same weekend had a College football game and a car race, but she worked hard to extend our stay one day at a time. She was friendly with the other guests even while handling all that. The room was very clean, breakfast was good, and the rest of the staff were helpful too. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Plenty of coffee with the good included breakfast, and the rooms were comfortable. The location worked well for us too. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town.
