I was going through a hard time and stayed here for a couple of days. The staff were extremely nice, and the cleaning crew was accommodating and checked if I needed anything. They made me feel cared for, so I’d recommend the place. I’ve seen the other reviews and don’t know if it’s under new management, but thanks to the family and everyone working there today.

The gentleman was rude at checkout, and when I asked for clean sheets, he refused. I’d booked a room and was given a smoking room without being asked whether I smoked. I don’t smoke at all, and the room smelled like a skunk. The sheets had burn holes, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed looked used. I’d just arrived after buying the room and was checking everything. It has great reviews, so I thought I’d give it a try, but he hadn’t mentioned it was a smoking room. He said it was my loss, even though I didn’t want one. I’m going to report the lack of cleanliness and the refusal to help. I don’t recommend it.

The hotel is private, and I had a great time with no complaints. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and they let me extend my stay by another day. Under new management! I’d stay here again.
