The price was decent, but that was about the only good thing. I stayed here for a summer while studying for the LSAT and doing research, and the place had bed bugs. My skin is only just starting to recover two years later. Since I have psoriasis and didn't know there was this risk, the experience was scary and horrible. There were roaches too, the tiny kind that you can't get rid of. I hope they tore the place down.

The room was filthy: dirty hard floors and bathroom, dusty surfaces, brown water from both the shower and toilet, clean towels that were stained, itchy sheets, and cockroaches, including one squashed on the door. There was even a cup full of cigarette butts on the balcony. Getting there wasn't any better. The parking spaces barely fit anything larger than a small car, and the outside looked like a cheap apartment complex. The lobby floor sloped, and it smelled strongly, probably because of the awful restaurant beside reception. The old elevator was hot and smelly, and my wife felt suffocated inside. The hallway smelled worse, with a low ceiling, dim yellow lighting, and people we passed who looked like they lived there. Horrible hotel. I'd spend 30 more bucks for the marriott behind them, or sleep in my car.

A good option for international students preparing for medical licensing exams.

A decent place to stay, and the rates are reasonable.
