Hampton Inn & Suites Houston East Beltway 8, Tx

Management clearly cares for this property. It was clean, organized, and well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable after a long day. Staff handled my questions and requests quickly and with a good attitude. From arrival on, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, and I felt valued as a guest. This Hampton Inn & Suites sets a high bar for hospitality. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will absolutely stay again.

The room had automated blackout blinds, a huge TV, a double shower, and a large bathroom. I also got a lot for the booking price through the app, which made everything easy. There's a gym, a pool, king size beds, and microwaves and mini fridges in the rooms. Staff were incredible, and they sell beer and plenty of other snacks up front. The free breakfast spread was almost overwhelming, with enough variety that you could practically pack a bag and eat for the day. This place is ridiculously beautiful. I'd come right back if I visited again.

Crystal Jackson made my visit a great experience. My daughter's sweet 16 sneaker soiree was incredible. The location is very clean, the staff are organized, and the service is first class. I thought I'd already left a review, but apparently not.

We stayed at several Hampton properties on our road trip, as well as a Waldorf elsewhere in the States. The staff at that Waldorf could learn something from the team here: everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Our king studio/suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. We'd recommend this property for a future stay.
