I checked out almost as soon as I arrived and moved to a nearby hotel on Christmas Day. The place smelled bad in the room and hallways, and the dim lighting made it feel gloomy. The facilities were very outdated, and the carpet was filthy, with dirt and stains everywhere. It was nothing like the online photos or description, and the experience ruined my holiday plans. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I’d tell people to avoid it.

The customer service was great, really above and beyond, but the cleanliness wasn’t there. There were bugs and spiders in the bed, mold on the bathroom ceiling, stained dirty doors, and pubic hair on the pillows. Just gross.

We really enjoyed our two nights and appreciated the noon checkout. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, and breakfast was included. The hotel is super close to the space Center. The evening and daytime front desk staff were so nice and helpful, and Tim was especially helpful.

After our previous stay, this place felt like a palace. The room was okay, and the staff were welcoming and receptive. It’s dated, though, and the breakfast was lacking.

It was quiet, and the staff were excellent, especially Dee. But room 331 was horrible and badly needed renovation. There was a nasty ear cleaner under the TV and hair on the furniture. I wiped the table and the cloth came away brown. The TV’s color was faded, and the only way to turn it on was with the light switch. Breakfast is available, but it wasn’t very good, so don’t expect much. The whole hotel needs renovation, including the elevators. Keeping the Hilton name on it is almost embarrassing.
