Roaches in the room were unacceptable, especially at this price. I booked hoping for a more comfortable stay, but could have chosen a cheaper hotel nearby and had a better experience. The complimentary breakfast didn't make up for the problems, particularly with several dining options close by. The room didn't impress me. The beds seemed too small for the room, the TV was small and awkwardly placed, and the pillows were so dense and soft that my head sank uncomfortably through the night. The bathroom was cramped, with barely any room to move, and its broken door handle looked like it had been damaged for a while without repair. Temperature control was a hassle too. I set the AC to 69°F after checking in and left for about three hours; when I came back, the room was still around 75°F. Later, the unit overcorrected and made it uncomfortably cold, so I had to adjust it again during the night. Breakfast was disappointing as well. There was no regular bacon or sausage, just small pieces of ham or maybe Canadian bacon, plus a Mexican-style omelet that might not suit everyone. The room quality, upkeep, comfort, and cleanliness didn't justify what I paid. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms have a full-size fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and dishes. Housekeeping was decent, though you could tell when someone else had done the room. The TV was stuck on a Spanish menu, and the remote wouldn't switch it to English. Breakfast is available, and they serve dinner Monday through Wednesday too.

The staff offered us another room, but after finding cockroaches in ours within minutes of checking in, we didn't trust that solution and left for somewhere else. They wouldn't refund us, even though they should have given the roaches we found. The place was outdated and worn and badly in need of renovation. I should have read the other reviews first. Avoid it.

This hotel feels like our second home away from home. We used the meeting room for our Dad's retirement celebration and could also access the back patio. Breakfast was a 10/10, and I love how the staff check in with customers to make sure everything is okay. The welcoming atmosphere and customer service from Manager Mr. Anthony, Mr. Mike, Ms. Anna, and the front desk clerk, I think Jason, on Friday evening were top tier. Book here, you won't regret it. Thanks again, Mr. Anthony, for an amazing experience with you and your staff!

We were moved to another room, but neither my girlfriend nor I got much sleep after that. We’d found cockroaches under our bag on the table, then more scattered when I lifted the mattress sheets. When I called the front desk, the young guy laughed and said, “I wouldn’t stay.” We were only there before a flight the next morning. I’m an IHG member, and I’d tell people to stay somewhere else.
