I was unsure about the area before booking, but Cynthia reassured me, and I’m glad I gave this Comfort Inn a chance. There were no issues during my stay. Breakfast was ready on time every day, with a good selection, and coffee was available all day. I loved the whole team: Ms. D, Cynthia, Duane, Lisa, the overnight crew whose names I’m sorry I can’t remember, and the housekeepers. Everyone was welcoming and worked hard to make my stay feel good. The towel issue was never resolved. I asked for fresh ones and was told none were available, so the towels I already had would be washed and returned later. They never came back, and I was charged for towels I didn’t receive. Trying to discuss this with general manager Mrs. D made things worse. She repeatedly called it “her hotel,” said she had the final say, and interrupted people instead of having a respectful, useful conversation. From check-in to checkout, the guest service agents also seemed uninterested and showed little enthusiasm. Management, service, and basic operations all need attention here. The guest experience is far below an acceptable standard, and the way the property is being run should be reviewed.

For a "boogie" stay, this place did better than I expected. I slept comfortably through the night without freeway noise, thanks to the very comfortable beds. The rooms are roomy, and the bathroom was modern and clean with strong water pressure. Old Town Spring is also conveniently close.

I’d left a glowing review back when I thought this was still a sonesta property. When we called the new management and staff about bringing our service dog, they were extremely rude and tried to charge fees, which is illegal. This isn’t the staff or management I remember from before.
