Some of the TVs don’t work, and they can do better. The sheets were ripped and had cigarette hoes in them.

I really don’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive, and there are better hotels for less. The service was terrible, especially from the woman in the office. She has a very nasty manner. She expects you to go to the bank to get money to pay for the room, and asks for the IDs of both people staying, as if everyone were a criminal. I came back with the full amount, but she still wouldn’t let me stay. She practically kicked me out without me doing anything. It feels like she lets out whoever she wants and turns away whoever she wants.

The sheet already had stains on it when we arrived. We rented a room overnight and asked the front desk woman for an extra face towel and a dry-off towel, but she was rude and had an attitude. She didn’t bring any more towels or a sheet. I usually come here for some peace of mind, and I’ve never had this treatment before. I won’t come back or spend my money here anymore. Poor courtesy.

The bathroom and sink area were clean, and the place was quiet with respectful staff. There was a drink vending machine but no snack machine, and the visible washing machines seemed reserved for staff. They could let customers use two of them. My room may have been the issue, but there was nowhere to hang clothes. The entrance is rough for low cars.
