Stay Inn & Suites

The sink in my room was leaking, so I reported it to the office. They said they’d fix it, but when maintenance came, they told me management said the part was too costly.

I didn’t stay. When I arrived, people were loitering, smoking weed, and staring people down. The lobby was completely empty, and there was bulletproof glass at the front desk. I felt extremely unsafe, so I found another hotel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My room had no TV or microwave, the cabinet was broken, and the wall mirror was cracked.

I had to report this place to the police and other organizations after what happened. I came back to my room one night and found a woman staying there. Some of my belongings were gone, and they never replaced them. Now I just want money for my things because what happened was so wrong. They also asked me for a copy of my SSI card, which seemed questionable to me. The room had a broken sink from when I moved in, no bathroom doorknob, and a moldy odor that started later. One housekeeper was rude when I asked for clean sheets, asking if I was going to pay her a check. There were often people hanging around outside, homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks, and drug users walking around. The worst experience my children and I could have had at a place like this.
