Travel Inn

For the price, Travel Inn and Suites was decent. The bed was okay, but there weren’t many amenities, and the place could be kept up better.

Roaches started crawling out from everywhere when I put some dry food down for my cat. We left right away. This place is disgusting, and I can’t sleep somewhere like that.

I booked a room last night for 11/19, expecting it to be ready around 3. When I arrived, it looked like only the bed had been touched. The bathroom was filthy. I complained and got another room, but that one had roach residue on the floor, a filthy bathroom, a nasty bathroom door, and everything else seemed just as bad. This isn’t a healthy place to stay, and I take that seriously. The woman at the front desk had an attitude when I told her about it. Honestly, this is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

We barely slept because there was noise and activity all night. The room was in awful shape, with the sink cabinet door ripped off, missing floor tiles, and questionable cleanliness. When we arrived, people in the parking lot were asking us for money, which made me feel unsafe right away. We locked the doors and went straight to shower our sick toddler, but the water was barely warm and the pressure was just a trickle. We were in town for a weeklong robotics competition and had to leave our Airbnb because of water problems. It was late, and we were trying to find the closest hotel. At dawn we left and found a much nicer place down the road the next day. It may be cheap, but it wasn’t worth the cost or the risk.
