I couldn’t get past the bloodstains on the mattresses, so I didn’t even check for bed bugs. The advertised pool was closed and had about 6 inches of water in it, with what looked like mold and bacteria thriving in the filthy pool. There were cockroaches climbing on us and getting into our things. We asked for a different room, but needed adjoining rooms for the kids, and none were available. When I asked for a refund, they said they’d offered separate rooms and we could have taken those with the number of kids we have. They offered another room as if roaches weren’t in every crevice of the place. I wasn’t going to put my kids in a separate room, where they could have been “roachnapped” or carried away by the army of roaches. Huntington doesn’t seem to have a decent hotel. You’re stuck with chomo residents, cockroaches, or nasty rooms and staff. Do yourself a favor and sleep in the Walmart parking lot, it’d be easier, cleaner, and cheaper, or go to Fort Wayne or wabash. This place needs to be condemned.

We slept great. The staff were great, the rooms clean, and it was quiet. The waffles were a treat, too. For the price and service, you can’t beat it. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We choose Super 8 in Huntington Indiana because it’s affordable, but we keep coming back because the staff get to know us and make us feel welcome. My wife and I have stayed at other hotels where you don’t feel like you matter. Here the rooms are always clean, and the owner, whom I’ve met, is a caring gentleman who looks after every part of the hotel to make sure guests have what they need. He’s hired the best people for the job. The stay is worth it and so peaceful. I swear I sleep better here than at home. Five stars across the board.

Always nice to start the morning with fiber, and the raisin brain was great. Great rooms, no bed bugs, and wonderful customer service. Thank you, Super 8!! ❤️

Stink bugs were everywhere, the sheets were dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in a chair because the hotel was so filthy. The microwave was disgusting, the elevator was broken, and the pool was drained, with brown paper bags in the windows. There were boogers and poop on the walls, plus obvious nicotine stains and condensation dripping down them. In the bathroom, the toilet seat had a poop stain.
