Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville Hampton Cove

There were lots of insects in the building, the rates are terrible, and management was very rude. You can get a nicer place on Bridge Street. I recommend staying somewhere else.

My fiance and I had a great time here. The bathroom was spacious, the water got really hot, and we could turn the AC down as far as we wanted. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, the beds were comfy, and breakfast was amazing. It's a nice area close to everything.

The management was rude, and this experience has put me off staying at a Hampton or Hilton again. There are no cameras in the parking lot, and your vehicle WILL get broken into or even stolen. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There's plenty of parking, and the hotel is convenient for nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. I liked the view and ventilation, and the breakfast was astounding. Beds were comfortable, the lobby was nice with coffee, and the room was pleasant overall. There's some road noise from the 431. A few basics were missed in the overly modern design. The room coffee machine had no basket, and I'm not sure whether the bathroom fan was broken or just nonexistent. The toilet kept running loudly, but they fixed it quickly after I reported it. There aren't enough shelves or towel racks, either. The swing-out mirror serving as the closet door blocks the hallway, and the double doors on the fridge look nice but aren't practical. Good value and a pleasant hotel, just a little too clever with some things.
