The one good part was the woman at check-in, who was very nice and attentive, though I think she may be overwhelmed by the place. I won’t return. The room hadn’t been cleaned: there was trash in the bin, dirty towels on the floor, and the TV didn’t work. After a day and a half of driving and only about four hours of sleep, I was too tired to go back to the office for another room. I found a clean spot on the bed and took a nap instead. I arrived yesterday, 12/13. When I woke up, the area was noisy and smelled of marijuana. Teenagers were chasing each other up and down the breezeway and stairs, making a commotion around 10 at night while people were trying to sleep. I could hear them even during my nap. It was the most expensive nap I’ve ever taken, and I left after waking up to all of that. The lower-floor long-term guests had toys and other stuff sitting outside as if they owned the place, and you could smell pot coming from the doors as you walked past. It was a negative experience all around. They need to clean the place up.
