The room had only sheets on the bed, and after I begged for a comforter, they gave me another sheet. The toilets wouldn’t flush, there were bugs, and the staff were rude. The TVs weren’t even HD, and we couldn’t connect to Netflix. Construction meant we woke up to banging and loud tools both Saturday and Sunday mornings. When our teenage son came by Friday night with two bookbags and said he was trying to stay with us, the night clerk threatened to call the police. Worst hotel ever!

The queen sheet on the king bed pretty much sums it up. There’s no vending machine at all, the remote didn’t work even with new batteries, and the room had no toilet paper or face cloths. What kind of hell is this?

Trash, beer bottles and cans were left in the hallways, and the room bathrooms had mold and roaches. Customer service was horrible. The front desk associate working the night of 12/6/25 is a LIAR. She told our customer service agent nothing was wrong with the room to withhold money or points, without even looking. We had to make her collect proof of what she already knew. Fire everyone there. This place needs to be demolished, not remodeled.

There were stains on the sheets and mold in the showers. They’re holding money for the security deposit over things we didn’t do, and I don’t like how this place, the “staff establishment,” is handling it. The waffle maker didn’t work properly and the food wasn’t up to par. This hotel is unacceptable, and nobody wants to go there.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the workers were polite and helpful. I had a great stay.
