Henderson made check-in and check-out feel easy, and he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He made me feel welcome right away. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the whole place was quiet and relaxing. Service like his makes a real difference. I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel and stay again.

Breakfast was easily the worst part of an otherwise decent stay for what we needed. The pancake machine wasn’t working properly, the yogurt machine was subpar, and I wish there’d been coffee in the room. The new hotel itself is very cute, and the lobby has a lot to offer. Tracey was so kind and funny, and quickly sorted out one small inconvenience.

Update: When I checked out, Mr. Henderson at the front desk was very concerned. We talked it through and reached a resolution. He apologized for how I’d been treated and said he would speak with the person who had been working the previous evening. The night before, I was marked as a no-show on the second day of my stay, even though I’d already been charged for two days. When the desk clerk asked whether the things in the room were mine, I said I didn’t know because I was locked out. She called me a smart aleck.

The kids had plenty to do just a few minutes away, and we all had a good time. This was a great stop for our monthly overnight drive from Huntsville to Chattanooga. The hotel was very clean, well located, and even the breakfast was good. The staff were fantastic, truly. We’ll be back.
