Putting the coffee maker right beside the toilet was a terrible corporate decision. Even if you never use the in-room coffee maker, pretty much any other spot would have made more sense.

The room felt a bit dated, though it was clean. The location was easy to find and convenient, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. I’d stay again.

That jacuzzi was disgusting, with hair coming out of the jets. The suite bed was so uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. I woke up hurting and felt the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. The floor might have been a better place to sleep.

I was overcharged on three different rooms, and it was hard to find anyone at the desk. When I asked about rooms for a wedding, I was told the block was full. They didn’t offer any other rooms until I asked.

We had a pleasant stay at your Motel, and the breakfasts were great. The staff were very accommodating too. I was traveling with my three adult daughters on April 6th, 7th and 8th, and we’ll definitely stay again if we pass through Independence.
