My employer arranged a one-night stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the interior was very nice, so I could rest before work the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly at check-in and checkout. They also let me check out late, which made the morning much less stressful since my workplace was right around the corner. Breakfast was excellent too. I hope my company chooses this hotel again, and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area.

My sister and I came for a funeral and found a safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Breakfast had a great selection, though we didn’t get much chance to use it. The gym was reasonably equipped, and we both got a full workout in. There were a few little things, like peeling wallpaper and a drawer that wouldn’t close, which is why I could give it four out of five. Honestly, those didn’t matter to me and I’d give it five based on what I need from a stay. We’ll be back for sure.

As a woman staying alone, I’ve always felt safe here, and the other guests have been considerate and quiet. The pool is clean, breakfast changes a little each day, and there’s a special lobby coffee machine with extra options available around the clock. Thanks to R.P.'s work, guests can cast YouTube and Netflix from their phones to the TV. He also programmed a media portal that I’ve seen in luxury hotels. This is an affordable hotel in a very useful location, and the new management has been wonderful while I’ve been dealing with a lot of uncertainty about my mother’s care at a nearby hospital. It’s a relief to have somewhere safe and clean to rest. Amy has been so kind, always quick to answer questions and offer help, and I’ve seen her working hard at all hours. When I first checked in after a rough day, Rishi (R.P.) was polite and showed real concern, which helped me feel reassured. They’ve even asked about my mother’s health. That kind of care means a lot.

We chose this spot because it was about halfway between IMS and downtown, roughly 20 minutes to each depending on traffic, and a short drive from a good range of independent restaurants. Breakfast came out promptly, and the worker stayed attentive, quickly replenishing things. We were there four nights, and the offerings changed daily. Check-in was smooth, and the room was standard: two queen beds, a TV, desk, and small refrigerator. There was a hole in the wall from a doorknob, and I found the water temperature controls very touchy.
