I was really disappointed. The bathroom wasn't clean, our sheets were covered in hair, and there were cigarette burns on the blanket. Very dirty.

The room was surprisingly quiet and decently clean, and it had a kitchenette with a nice fridge and freezer. My main gripe is the tiny bathroom. The sink is right in your face when you're trying to use the toilet. I stayed one night and would still recommend the place.

The person who seemed to be the manager told my fiancee that, because we had several suitcases, they wouldn't rent her a room. He said every bag probably had bed bugs and told us to leave. We had been told rooms were available, but had to wait an hour for check-in first. We don't have a vehicle right now, so we ended up standing outside in the rain until our ride came back. Very rude and disrespectful. We'll never stay here or recommend it. Never judge a book by its cover, my friend.

I tried to reserve online twice, on consecutive days, and both times got an email saying the room was cancelled. When I emailed for help, they said there wasn't a problem on their end. I called the number next and someone answered as “hotel 67.” I asked if it was Blisspoint Inn, and they said yes. After I explained the cancellations, they said they'd “stopped using that.” I asked to book over the phone, but they were only taking walk-ins for the eclipse. I couldn't see why I couldn't just reserve a room then. What a terrible way to run a business. The Google photos look bad, too. Maybe it was for the best that my third attempt didn't work.
