The staff were good, but management didn’t train them well. Cleaning the common areas seemed to happen only as a favor to guests, if it happened at all. The hallways could smell like garbage and stay muddy for days, and when the hotel was full for days, there was no extra cleaning. They don’t follow the policy printed on the registration card and will charge your card repeatedly. They did fix the billing problems after I called, but if you don’t catch them, too bad. At $65 or less, it’s a good deal. Above that, I’m not sure.

I stayed here for a month and a half while waiting for my apartment to be ready, and it was a very good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were awesome, especially Ben, who I call Red, and Miss Sylvia the diva. I’d highly recommend this place.

For $49/night, we got an efficiency kitchen, two double beds, laundry on site, free internet and parking, plus a clean, non-smoking room in a newer hotel that allows pets. I’ll freaking take it! We stayed a week, and the staff were A-OK, especially the manager. Some of the clientele were trash, though. The lowlifes next door were so noisy I had to call the manager to deal with them, twice.

The price was very good, and the bed was super comfortable. The room felt clean and cozy, and the staff are amazing, always smiling, sweet, and helpful. The tub needs a good scrub and the carpets need replacing.

The location was awesome, and the rooms were nice and spacious. A special thanks to Roosevelt for checking in with us as we were leaving. He wanted to know if we’d enjoyed the rooms and our stay, and asked for any feedback about the hotel. Thanks for being so professional and friendly!
