The front desk was really kind and refunded all our money when the pool had to close for the night after an accident. We’d checked in for a one-night family stay so the kids could swim and bowl, and we’re looking forward to rescheduling. From what we saw, the pool area looked very nice. The one drawback is the strict no-food rule everywhere. That’s hard with little kids who snack, or if you want to order pizza while swimming or bowling.

We loved the food and drinks, and our guests did too. The golf course made a great spot for bride and groom portraits, the Red Oak Ballroom looked stunning, and everyone enjoyed cocktail hour and sunset photos outside. After attending a wedding at Eaglewood a few years earlier, we knew we wanted to consider it for our own. Our July 2025 reception turned out even better than we imagined. Planning went smoothly, including the day itself. Our vendors were well cared for, and the logistics all worked out. Eileen Miller was impressive to work with, quick to respond to our requests, and attentive to every detail. We’re grateful. Beautiful venue, lovely staff, and highly recommend it.

We were so comfortable in the suite. It was meticulous and thoughtfully laid out, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Mattias was a fantastic attendant, and the customer service was spectacular. Thanks to the team for a great stay. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.

The food and drinks were good, and the New Year’s Eve event itself felt like good value. Still, the rooms could use renovation and a better cleaning. I brushed my hand over the TV stand and found a thick, visible layer of dust. The event marketing mentioned games, but after the magician and balloon artists finished, I didn’t see any activities for the kids. It would be nice to have some. Having to go outside to reach the pool, spa, and bowling alley was a problem in the freezing weather, especially with the kids wet from swimming. A covered tunnel would help. It was our first visit, and the hotel wasn’t bad, but those things stood out.

My girlfriends and I were there Feb 20-22. It wasn’t our first visit, and the rooms were clean, but we were bummed they no longer had microwaves. We all booked massages. Mine wasn’t great: the bed wasn’t warm, the room smelled like old stale oil, and the masseuse seemed nervous about massaging my feet and some other parts of my body. She did give me stretching tips, but there was no offer to adjust the charge for the service. Then we tried the hot tub. There was dirty water and hair or lint circling the jets, so I got out right away. It looked disgusting. I think we’ll find another spa or resort next time.
